our goal is to accelerate sustainability by hosting an event that is both environmentally and socially responsible, while also inspiring sustainable development in processing and packaging across various vertical markets in the region. Reusable Stand Design

Ensure your stand is designed for reuse, either by yourself or your contractors, to minimize waste.

Sustainable Travel and Transport

Choose the most sustainable travel options for your journey to and from the event by utilizing public transport. Consolidate your shipments and work with logistics companies that have strong sustainability credentials.

Energy Efficiency

Select energy-efficient, LED lighting, and other equipment for your stand. Be sure to power down your equipment at the end of each day.

Reduce Paper Usage

Minimize paper handouts by going digital. When printing is necessary, opt for recycled, sustainably certified paper.

Eco-friendly Promotional Items

When purchasing promotional items, consider the quantity, the environmental credentials of the materials, and whether they will be useful long after the event.

Support Local Sustainability

Support the local area by using local suppliers and choosing hotels with strong sustainability credentials.

Waste Minimization

Consider the waste your stand may generate and strive to minimize it. For unavoidable waste, ensure it is recyclable. Focus on items like signage, carpeting, and packaging waste.

Reduce Carbon Footprint

Use public transport: Opt for public transportation to and from the event to reduce your carbon footprint.
Offset your flight: If you're traveling by plane, consider offsetting your flight emissions. You can purchase carbon offsets during registration for Paint Bangladesh 2025. These offsets help counterbalance your unavoidable carbon footprint by funding equivalent carbon dioxide savings elsewhere in the world.
Choose nearby accommodations: Book a hotel close to the venue to minimize your environmental impact.
